A careful eye for the words that matter

Words fascinate me, and errors have always had a way of jumping off the page. A misplaced word or overlooked typo can interrupt a reader’s attention and weaken an otherwise strong message. Helping writers remove those distractions through copyediting and proofreading felt like a natural path for me.

As a writer myself, I understand how much thought and care go into creating something worth sharing. Whether you are preparing a manuscript, business document, or other written content, my goal is to help make your work clear, polished, and true to your voice.

My experience includes working at three universities—two within English departments—and spending more than 25 years in the corporate offices of a large company, where accuracy, organization, and clear communication were essential. I hold a B.S. degree and have completed professional certificate programs in proofreading and copyediting.

I now bring that experience, training, and attention to detail to every project I review.
